Education

Mike is a 1993 graduate of California Lutheran University (Cum Laude) and 1997 graduate of Gonzaga School of Law. Mike began his legal career as in house counsel for a small company before starting his own practice. Mike limits his practice to elder law and estate planning.

We assist clients with wills and trusts, incapacity planning, long-term care and medicaid planning, and probate administration. I prepare such documents as wills, living trusts, special needs trusts, durable powers of attorney, beneficiary designation forms, community property agreements, and living wills.

COMMUNITY

Mike and his wife are the co-founders of Active4Youth , a 501c3 with a mission to eliminate childhood obesity and juvenile delinquency through after school sports.  Currently, over 6,000 elementary-aged children participate in Active4Youth’s cross-country running program.  

HOBBIES

In his spare time, Mike likes to spend time with his wife, Heidi, and their two sons. He is an avid fly fisher and runner, with a marathon PR of 2:22.
