I represent a wide segment of the public, including the elderly, baby boomers, those soon to retire and families with young children who are concerned about the best planning for themselves and their loved ones. I assist clients with wills and trusts, incapacity planning, long-term care and Medicaid planning, and probate administration. I prepare such documents as wills, living trusts, special needs trusts, durable powers of attorney, beneficiary designation forms, community property agreements, and living wills. My estate planning clients range from those with modest estates to those with taxable estates.

About Mike Bresson

Mike is a 1993 graduate of California Lutheran University (Cum Laude) and 1997 graduate of Gonzaga School of Law. Mike began his legal career as in house counsel for a small company before starting his own practice. Mike limits his practice to elder law and estate planning and has studied extensively with one of the area's top elder law attorneys, Carol Hunter.

Community: Mike is the founder and Director of Active4Youth. Its mission is to eliminate childhood obesity and juvenile delinquency through after school sports. Additionally, Mike serves as the Race Chairman for the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Eastern Washington Affiliate Race for the Cure.

Hobbies: In his spare time, Mike likes to spend time with his wife Heidi. He is also an avid runner with a marathon PR of 2:25. Additionally, he enjoys the occasional triathlon and was the 2006 Half-Ironman Northwest Regional champion and is a USAT All-American.
