Estate Planning should be affordable and available to every person. For some, the cost of legal services nowadays is outside their financial means. Many lawyers maintain offices in high rent locations and are burdened with significant overhead (employee salaries, supplies, utilities, insurance, etc.). Ultimately, and unfortunately, these costs are passed on to the consumer in the form of higher fees.

Others simply work during the day and normally cannot take off time during business hours to consult with an attorney about their personal legal issues.

I counter both of these concerns. Since I maintain a small, in-house office, I don't have high overhead and can provide you with affordable and highly professional legal services without the additional fees. Moreover, for the working person, I will arrange to visit you in your home in the afternoon, evening or on the weekend to discuss your legal concerns in a more comfortable, relaxing environment.
